  They are close to my office so I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but seriously every time it's beyond gross.  They also seem to always reheat old fries. The reason I'm not giving them one star is because the people there are at least nice

  I'm compelled to write this review because I've been here a few times and .. Yes, I've experienced some of the challenges laid out in previous reviews but they are improving. The owners are super nice and it's clear the closure of Dominicks has really made a negative impact on their business and I'm hoping that the opening of Mariano's will give them a new start.
  Margins are tight in fast food and keeping staff you can't afford is difficult. All that being said I'm giving them for stars because I know they're working hard and are good people, running the franchise the best they can.  The Food is BK .. And the service is improving and management is friendly.
  Also it's the best deal for ice around ... We fill up every weekend before camping trips.

  I've never had a problem at this Burger King. I've only ever gone through the drive thru, but the employees are moderately friendly and the order comes out accurately and quickly. No complaints, which is rare for a fast food place.

  I stopped by here today during off-hours at 4:15 p.m....I realize this is "off-time" but if your doors are open your food should always be up to par, give or take a bad day once in a great while.
  
  I was starving as I hadn't eaten since breakfast. This is the o.n.l.y. reason that I didn't return my meal to the counter for a refund. I did stop on my way out to let them know that it was bad and why.
  
  Junior Meal. Everything tasted left over from lunch...
  1. Dried out, cool-warm fries and chicken nuggets.
  2. The burger bun was cold and barely touched with mustard (I requested mustard instead of mayo and ketchup).
  3. The cheese was cold and placed without any thought to warming it much less partly melting it. I could have easily tolerated cold cheese if the burger and bun were freshly cooked.
  4. The meat was also dry and tasted like it had been sitting for some time., so I guess this is why the cheese was not even partially melted on top of it.
  5. Stale chunks of lettuce
  
  I will not return.....period.

  Yuck!
  
  Poor service, bad attitudes and the people behind the counters don't speak English.
  
  The food is what you'd expect from Burger King.
